Age is as of December 31 of the birth year above. U stands for UNDER- so Player must be UNDER the age listed by 31 of December.
- U9 and Older - Require a pair of Stingers Lacrosse shorts, new or previous years. New shorts can be purchased for $25.

A player is NOT deemed "registered" until the registration fee is paid in full by April 5/24 and the Jersey/Volunteer Bond Cheques are given to the team manager.
TEAMS:
U7 - minimum 9 players required to declare a team. OLA will move U7 up to U9 if there are not enough. Parent permission required to move up a player.
U9 and Older - minimum 12 players to declare a team (11 runners, 1 goalie). Maximum number of players on the bench is 18 runners and two goalies or 19 runners and 1 goalie, Maximum number of players per team is 20. (Note players might be asked to move a level lower or higher to make teams if need to)
REGISTRATION POLICY **2024:
There is a $100 volunteer bond fee and $100 jersey bond fee (cheque's must be postdated for June 30, 2024) that is required per player. Each player's family will be required to volunteer 5 hours during the season for each team. When all volunteer hours have been completed and the jerseys are returned undamaged the cheques are destroyed. If hours are not completed or jerseys not returned or not in good condition when returned the cheque will be cashed.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Team fees for tournaments, balls, parties etc. are decided and paid for by the individual teams.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Parents will be responsible for the balance of fees due that exceed financial support received by outside sources. Please note Volunteer hours are still required as well as individual team fees for tournaments. If these are not met, then the player will be suspended until all requirements are fulfilled.
NSF PAYMENTS:
NSF payments will be assessed a $25.00 fee, payable by the registered player/family. Full payment of all related outstanding fees must be made in cash, money order or bank draft within 5 days of notification by the treasurer.
If such payment is not made by the said date, the player may be placed on suspension, and he/she will be ineligible to play until the total fee is paid. The cost owing will be added to their RAMP account.
